The place is charming and well appointed. We really enjoyed cooking in the kitchen which was fully decked out in nice equipment and a rare full spice drawer. The location is beautiful and private, far from other homes.

We stayed during a snowstorm with below zero temperatures which meant we weren’t able to spend much time outdoors to use the fire pit, or see the pond. Even so, we had a really good stay. The indoor fireplace kept us warm and cozy and the many windows made it especially nice with beautiful views of the snow and surrounding nature. We even saw some deer which was nice. Despite the weather limiting outdoor activities, the place was comfortable and peaceful. I would like to come back in the spring or summer to enjoy everything it has to offer.

Great space to stay with friends or family. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had. A lot of amenities that made it easy to cook. The backyard is shared with the neighbors but we didn’t run into any problems. We went when it had snowed and the backyard was beautiful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the Christmas break. The property was perfect for our family and allowed us all to completely switch off and enjoy our time. The property was super clean and had everything we needed. The property was set out in a way, that even with a large family, there were plenty of areas for a variety of activities, or simply somehwere to go for some peace and quiet. The surrounding areas were also beautiful, especially with the covering of snow we had. Hosts were super responsive throughout our time and I would definitely recommend this place to others!

This was our 3rd stay at the house. The house continues to be a wonderful vacation spot for our family and our kids have gotten very comfortable staying here. Everything is well organized and thought of and communication is clear and proactive. We feel lucky having had the opportunity to start our new year on the right foot in this amazing place!

This house was an absolute dream retreat for our family winter break. The nature surrounding the house is beautiful and peaceful. The house was absolutely spotless making it easy to relax. The fireplace made the space cozy on snowy nights and we enjoyed cooking dinners in the incredible kitchen full of any tool you may ever need! Highly recommend for anyone considering this property for their stay.

Really lovely house with a great kitchen and amenities for little kids (crib, books, toys, step stool, even a diaper pail). There's a restaurant within walking distance and grocery stores in New Paltz are only a 10 minute drive away. When we had a problem with the heat, the host responded immediately and sent someone to fix it within an hour. We would definitely stay here again.
