You enter comfortably through the garage in winter or the stylish foyer in other seasons. KITCHEN/DINING/ LIVING SPACE You will enjoy the open concept gourmet kitchen with upscale appliances, fully equipped pantry, laundry room. The main level sleek streamlined design open to the large great room with a wood burning fireplace. Surrounded by glass you will feel part of the surrounding valley while inside. EXTERIOR: Outside there's a huge wrap around deck with retractable awnings that are prefect for grilling, entertaining, or just relaxing with a book. Just off the deck is a comfortable fire pit area where you can enjoy the magical sunsets over the Catskills Mountains. FIRST LEVEL: On the main level there are 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Primary BR: the main suite, has its own ensuite bathroom with walk a in shower. 2nd Primary BR: king bed with en-suite bath 3rd BR: Queen Bed 4th BR: Queen Bed A soaking tub compliments the shared bathroom down the hall. LOWER LEVEL: 2-room family suite with king bed with adjoining bedroom (separate entrance) with 2 twin bed Lower level has a full bathroom MOVIE ROOM AND PLAYROOM: It all fun and games inside as the lower level features a game room and home theater. AMENITIES/ SPA AREA: Besides all the expected comforts of a luxury home, you can indulge in a full spa experience with the plunge pool (summer only) 8-person hot tub (year-round) and 4-person dry sauna (year-round). For those guests that need to get some work done there are several desks in the house, either in the privacy of the bedrooms or in the living room.

Liability Waiver: You understand that use of the hot tub, sauna, and plunge pool is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from the hot tub, sauna, and plunge pool use and hold the owner, host, and all affiliates harmless. You understand there are potential dangers for pregnant or possibly pregnant women, children under 12, the elderly, or people with health conditions. Minors must be carefully supervised. You agree to recover and secure the clips of the hot tub when not in use. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents that may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner, host and all affiliates for accidents or claims arising from the use of the hot tub. You agree to make other guests in your party aware of these rules and acknowledge that they have read and understand this waiver, and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host. This property has designer furniture and lots of pale rugs. No shoes are allowed in the house, and we expect guests to be mindful of the home including the furniture and rugs. Treat this property with great care. We do not allow large parties outside the maximum occupancy on the reservation. Guests are informed that there are exterior security cameras for safety. We also ask you honor the good neighbor rules and abide by quiet hours after 10pm. Please do not trespass outside of property boundaries. Camping equipment or tents are prohibited.
