My family had a very nice stay here. The owners were extremely prompt in responding to any questions that we had, which made things much easier. The house was nicely maintained with all necessary amenities readily available.

Truly a great stay! Check-in was quick & simple, the place was cozy and tidy with fun touches (like a record player), and the location was nearby a variety of small towns and trails with lots to do. Highly recommend :)

Very enjoyable place! Kids love it and really enjoyed the stay. Although it wasn’t a big deal someday the AC would’ve been wonderful. But other than that we love it!

Incredible stay at Alluvion’s little cabin in the woods. The interior is absolutely charming and well appointed. My boyfriend and I felt at home as soon as we walked in. We set a fire in the fire pit behind the home once we arrived and relaxed. The lighting in the home is excellent and everything was spotless. Just a couple of notes: the shower floor, while unique, can be a bit cumbersome at times. And the patio lights didn’t seem to work for us during our stay. (these are super minor issues) overall probably my favorite Airbnb stay thus far. seamless from start to finish!

We enjoyed all the cozy, playful touches of this sweet little place. My husband, dog, & I were able to enjoy easy access to Kaaterskill Falls, North/ South Lake, & The Mountain Fop Arboretum along with other parts of eastern Catskill Park. The kitchen was well- equipped for preparing simple meals, and the AC worked perfectly on the muggy mights. Even without sidewalks, it was safe & pleasant to walk our dog in either direction, and how fun it was to discover the cascades (mini-falls) at the bend in the road! Catskill, Hudson, and Olana & Thomas Cole's home were the other delightful parts of our stay! Great home base! We'd definitely stay here again!! Clay, Felicity, Odie the Dog

We had a great stay! We really enjoyed how clean the cabin was and the proximity to restaurants, cafes and hiking trails. The cabin was perfect for two and had everything we needed. The host was also very responsive and accommodated a later check out with no issues, which we really appreciated! We would definitely come back and stay here again!
